The orders you have placed are prepared and delivered to the shipping company by us on the same day. International orders will be delivered to your adress within 5-7 working days. Orders across Turkey will be delivered to your adress within 1-3 working days.
Before the "Your order has been delivered to cargo" information is sent to your email, you should inform customer@gizia.com about the order you want to cancel. If your order has been shipped, you can return the products within 30 days after they arrive at your address.

You can request a change by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com within 30 days of receiving the products you have purchased from our site. The products you have purchased from our store can only be exchanged in our stores.
How can I return / Exchange the products I have purchased?
Gizia is delighted to offer you an easy return and exchange policy for any purchase(s) within 30 days of the delivery date free of charge. If the item you purchased does not fit you, you may easily return or exchange the item. To initiate a return or exchange, you may contact our customer service representatives.
