RETURN & EXCHANGE

Gizia is delighted to offer you free return and exchange policy for any purchase(s) within 30 days of the delivery date free of charge.

To initiate a return or exchange, you may contact our customer service representatives. They will be glad to help you out with the process. The customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (GMT+3:00).

Once you decide to return or exchange the item you purchased, make sure following conditions are met;

 

  • The packaging of the item should not be damaged and its content should be intact, with no missing items.
  • If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
  • If the item you purchased does not fit you, you may easily return or exchange the item.
  • Under some circumstances, the shipment may get stuck at the customs. In this case, the customer is supposed to pay for customs fees.



Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item.

REFUND
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped directly from our head office to your adress. The shipment will take 5-7 business days under normal weather conditions. Customers are responsible for the customs fees.


Damaged Item During Shipping
When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged during shipping. If you see any problem with the package, please request a damage report from the shipping company. If the item is damaged by the shipping company, you need to claim and prove the damaged part of the item.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product
When you open the package, if the product is damaged, defective or a wrong item, you can easily return your products free of charge. In such cases please contact with us.
