  • -Can I change the products?

    You can request a change by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com within 30 days of receiving the products you have purchased from our site. The products you have purchased from our store can only be exchanged in our stores.

  • -I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

    Before the "Your order has been delivered to cargo" information is sent to your E-mail, you should inform customer@gizia.com about the order you want to cancel. If your order has been shipped, you can return the products within 30 days after they arrive at your address...

  • -How can I return the products I have purchased?

    Gizia is delighted to offer you free return and exchange policy for any purchase(s) within 30 days of the delivery date free of charge.

    To initiate a return or exchange, you may contact our customer service representatives. They will be glad to help you out with the process. The customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 6:30 pm (GMT+3:00).

    Once you decide to return or exchange the item you purchased, make sure following conditions are met;

    • The packaging of the item should not be damaged and its content should be intact, with no missing items.
    • If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
    • You can return or exchange the products within 30 days from the delivery date.
    • All returned items must be sent either within the same box you received or a similar size of box. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and not refunded.

  • What are the terms and conditions of return and exchange?

    You can request an exchange or refund for the product you have purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Before returning, please contact us by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com and inform us. We will tell you how to return the product with our reference. When you decide to return a product, please make sure of the following conditions;
    • The packaging of the products should not be damaged and the packaging content should be complete and there should be no missing items.
    • Products should not be used.
    • Products must be complete with their original packaging, including all accessories.
    • If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
    • Under some circumstances, the shipment may get stuck at the customs. In this case, the customer is supposed to pay for customs fees.
    • All returned items must be sent either within the same box you received or a similar size of box. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and not refunded..
