Membership

-Can I shop without signing up?

Membership is not required to shop on our site. If you wish, you can shop quickly by entering the basic information about the delivery address and payment in the "Fast Shopping Without Membership" section. Or, you can become a member of our site by clicking here, and by saving your delivery information, you can complete your next purchases much faster, track your order, add the products you like to your favorites, and view your past orders.


Order

-What is the order delivery time and, how does the process work?

International orders will be delivered in 10-12 days with TNT/FedEx or PTT Cargo.

-How can I find the right size for me?

Cargo

-Which shipping company do you work with? What are the shipping costs?

Your orders are delivered to your address by FedEx Express or PTT Kargo. Free shipping on international shipments during the campaign.


Cancellation/Refund/Exchange

-How can I return the products I have purchased?

You can request an exchange or refund for the product you have purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Before returning, please contact us by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com and inform us. We will tell you how to return the product with our reference. When you decide to return a product, please make sure of the following conditions;• The packaging of the products should not be damaged and the packaging content should be complete and there should be no missing items.• Products should not be used.• Products must be complete with their original packaging, including all accessories.

-Can I change the products?

You can request a change by sending an e-mail to customer@gizia.com within 30 days of receiving the products you have purchased from our site. The products you have purchased from our store can only be exchanged in our stores. NOTE: Evening dresses, fur, and swimsuits cannot be changed.

 

-I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Before the "Your order has been delivered to cargo" information is sent to your phone as an SMS, you should inform musteri@gizia.com about the order you want to cancel. If your order has been shipped, you can return the products within 30 days after they arrive at your address

 

Payment

-How will I pay on gizia.com?

You can use your credit card (Visa and mastercards). For the security reasons, gizia.com may be willing to request the user ID. We do not accept bank-to-bank money transfer on international orders.
