We will be explaining how to return the product with our referral. When you decide to return a product, please be sure about conditions; Package of the products should not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no items missing. Products must not be used. Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories. Evening dresses, underwears, swimsuits, earrings cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges (including taxes and custom fees). Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned
