Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

Your order will be shipped directly from our head office to your adress. The shipment will take 5-6 business days under normal weather conditions. Your order could be rarely held or stucked in Customs zone. In this case, customs officers or shipping company will contact you and inform you about the procedure of getting your products. Gizia has no responsibility for import duties and products in customs. This means that if the item is held or stuck in customs, you may be liable to pay import taxes when you receive your order.

When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged on shipment. If you see any problem with the package, please have a damage report from the delivery company. If the product is damaged by courier company, you need to declare and prove the damaged part of the product. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product When you open the package, if the product is damaged, defective or a wrong item, you can easily return your products free of charge.
